Payment is due at time of service. Before undergoing any surgical procedure, you will be made aware of the fees associated with it. We will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf but please remember that you are responsible for all the fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage. Cancellations of appointments less than 48 hours prior are subject to a fee.
